  • Here's the reason I gave 5 stars: First, I'm a young woman and mechanics and car care businesses typically take advantage of women and their lack of knowledge about their vehicles, thus driving up prices and convincing you something is wrong and to fix/replace it when it may really not need to be. And Kelly Automotive was the opposite. They were completely kind and courteous, and told me what needs to be fixed soon and what still has life left and can be fixed later. Second: I'm new to the gilbert area, and I drive by this business several times a week. My car has decided it needs some TLC and I don't have a favorite car care business in the east valley. So I looked up Kelly Automotive's reviews and liked what I read so I called them up and Ashley, was incredibly kind and helpful, answered all my questions, and set me up an appointment to have my car looked at. They kept their word and my wait time was actually shorter than what they quoted. Kelly Automotive is incredibly clean and modern on the inside and even offers a customers lounge with a help yourself soda fountain, tv, chairs and a high top table, and free wifi as well. I was able to get some homework done while waiting for my car. Every employee I came into contact with, those at the counter, those coming in to get water, every single one of those employees smiled, asked me how I was doing, and offered a polite comment or conversation. Thank you Kelly Automotive for being so kind, clean and offering exceptional service! I felt welcomed here, and have already scheduled my next service with them.
