  • Either, most of the previous posts are written by the owner or current employees that work there! This place has the worst customer service that I've come across in quite some time! These people are totally disgruntled and take it out on you, the customer! I rarely ever ship so it would be nice to come in and be able to ask some simple questions and not receive some EVIL stare from the one older gentleman that works there. He speaks to you like youre an idiot?. He thinks you're stupid because you don't know any of the possible shipping options and associated prices to ship something? I swear that I think I saw his HORNS pop out when I asked what was the cheapest possible option to ship!!! This man should be FIRED! Mr. Owner, you are losing customers because of the treatment that is received from your employees. Since my experience shipping through this location, I will gladly drive a greater distance to at least receive some friendly customer service. Please Clean house and get some people with customer service skills!!!!!
