  • Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE PREPAID PACKAGE. I bought it and so far this week have been turned away 3 times. This morning a guy was there, either a GM or an owner (god, I hope that wasn't the owner) and I told him politely "this is the 3rd time this week I have been turned away". His response? Making excuses that he has no way of knowing none of employees would show up and he can't get up and running by himself. Very hostile as well. No apologies for the inconvenience (which is huge when it's on my way to work). No offers to refund the, even partially, the money I had already shelled for services I am obviously never going to receive. He asked me what he is supposed to do when nobody shows up. hmm, let me check with the local rocket scientist community.... Survey says FIRE THEM YOU IDIOT!!!!! Glad those community college business classes are paying off for ya. If this is the level of service I can expect and the level of responsibility that management takes for their business I am not even going to waste the $3 for even the basic watch, just not worth it. But wanted to make sure everyone else reasing knows NOT TO BUY THE PREPAID MONTHLY PACKAGE, it's a scam. FYI, there was a green cab guy there I was talking to while waiting for someone and he said he had the exact same experience.
