Very disappointed in today's customer service. I've shopped Woodcraft for years, in-store and online, and spend thousands of dollars on supplies.
Went in to purchase glue and a small tool, granted not a large purchase, and waited patiently while the 2 associates stood talking to each other. Had to interrupt finally to get checked out. As I walked away the cashier returned to his coworker saying "sorry for the interruption". Wow, sorry to bother you. Definitely won't do it again.
