  • My family has received OUTSTANDING service by Don Tobin in service. On multiple occasions we have ordered items at the Las Vegas location that needed to be shipped on to Kauai. In each instance, Don has inspected our items to be certain it is what we ordered and that there are no defects or parts missing. Then, Don repackages and bundles our items to insure no damage will occur in transit to Kauai and also to put them together so that nothing goes missing. When the forwarding agent comes to Direct Buy to pick up the item, Don insures all the appropriate paper work is in place and that the ship to address is correct. The result has been perfection! We could not ask for better service! Don is very conscientious and communicates at every step in the process to insure things are going according to what we want. THANK YOU DON!
