  • You think you would be getting a "a bang for your buck" with this place because the apartments are very pretty but this place is terrible. They change management like no tomorrow and there is so many cockroaches. I'm not one to complain but after my experience with them, I felt the need to write this review to warn other potential tenants. We just moved out and I received a letter for a cleaning charge of 177$ which was understandable as we left in a rush so I paid it. I called to confirm how to send it. The lady told me to send it by money order so I did. Luckily, I paid for UPS tracking and even sent them an email to confirm I sent it which they didn't even reply to. I get a call from collections today stating that it was sent to them because Bloom 24 didn't receive payment even though they did. The collections is putting my account on "hold" and doing an investigation but I wish Bloom 24 had the audacity to let me know they didn't receive it or replied to my email I attached below. Do not recommend living here, all they want is your money.
