  • My husband and I had a restaurant.com coupon and decided to try this restaurant as it wasn't to far from the house! We walked in and my first thought was this was just a small little place that was more for the businesses that were around it. After ordering and talking to other people that have been coming there for quite sometime we got a different vibe on the place. We didn't have to wait long for our ribs and beef brisket which we chose bbq beans and coleslaw. The sides were out of this world and extremely yummy. But the meat....OMG!!!! This restaurant was so good! Pork on a Fork is a hidden gem and we will be going back again. The ribs...I'm sorry I cannot make them that good! The meat was so tender and tasty. The beef was so tender and just fell apart. None of the meat needed any additional sauce added to it because it was very good as it came. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Customers were very happy there and lots of yums coming from many! Worth the trip no matter what part of the valley you are in! Give it a try!
