Terrible experience with this company. I continued service at my home because the previous owners had AlarmCo. Biggest mistake of my life. If the alarm goes off you have to call their number to get it to stop. Not modern tech at all. Couldn't pay my bill online (ummm hello? Yeah it's 2015 calling. Get with the program). To disconnect I had to email back a Microsoft Word doc that was formatted using only the space bar. Indicative of the lack of forward thinking and tech skills. At best, I might have received marginal customer service on a call or two but mostly it was abysmal and I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. Run far and fast. Choose any other company.
