  • I was referred to D K Buell Exterminating as a preventative measurement for my home by a good buddy Mike G. who is also a Yelper. I was very pleased by the initial contact by D K Buell and that they are a Family business who has been in the exterminating business for a very long time. I felt very comfortable with the phone call and addressed my concerns and made several appropriate suggestions/recommendations for treatment. I was also relayed to prevent a problem before it turns into a problem. My concerns are for scorpions since we are in their territory in Arizona versus the other way around. So I understand this, yet for someone like myself who is new to AZ I needed some hand held comfort through this and being reassured that my skittishness could be subsided with immediate and existing treatment. Great news unlike many companies is that this exterminating company doesn't require a contract. You can pay a 1 month treatment and continue at your choice. That's the great news. Another is they informed me of their method of treatment which was better than some of the other companies I spoke with. D K Buell seems to offer a step up from others to help minimize the problem. I very much appreciate their professionalism and the rate they quoted me. I haven't opted to get the treatment YET, but will be in the near future. Rest assure I will be trying out D K Buell.
