rev:text	Surprised I couldn't find this meal prep service already listed on Yelp. Came across this biz while searching out alternative options to the gawdaweful Meals on Wheels for my 92 yr. old ex vet father (a former airforce Capt. not animal Doc). Seemed like a good deal at the time - fairly good, fresh food (takes a little more to rock my world tho'), well priced, good value for the money is what I'm sayin' BUT, their customer service was an issue. Had first problem entering the second round of meals so sent an inquiry. This is where they fall on their faces, there is no CONTACT PHONE NUMBER! My inquiry although sent prior to the order cut off time wasn't answered till the next day. Too late to customize the order and a default order was sent after I requested that they not do that. My dad in his advanced years eats as picky as a two yr old and I knew the food would end up discarded if he didn't like it and 4 of the six meals which we did not choose made emergency landings in the green bin. When I finally did get an answer, no remedy was offered but was informed that we wouldn't be charged for the week. Not only were we charged but no reply to my most recent email was sent so I cancelled the service well prior to the Thursday midnight cut off for the following week only to find that Chowdy had made an attempt to charge my dads credit card post cancellation. So there you have it. We are now using Today's Menu, they have a great selection, 2 easy to find outlets for pick up and free delivery with a minimum food purchase price and most importantly NOT ONE, BUT TWO PHONE NUMBERS which they promptly answer. txt
