  • As much as I LOVE my MAC cosmetics, this store is lacking the customer service department. I have shopped here many times and it is always busy which I understand, and that is a good thing for the store but just because they are busy doesn't give them an excuse to be rude. Recently I came in on slower Tuesday evening to exchange a lipstick. I saw three associates standing behind the counter talking to each other. I looked up at them as I walked through the door. Not one of them even looked up or stopped talking to each other for a moment. Not the first time this has happened to me here. I thought, whatever and went along looking for lipstick on my own. What really made me angry is that the next three customers who walked in the door were all greeted with a friendly hello and how can I help you. So what was wrong with me? Was it the way I'm dressed? Not MAC enough? Funny because I have come in to this store multiple times with money to spend only to be ignored and walked out. I've also been greeted with attitude many times. I do love MAC cosmetics, especially the lipstick so I can't so I wouldn't shop here again. I have had good help by the guys who work at this location but not so much the ladies. I do wish it was a friendlier vibe in this store but maybe that is not the MAC image either. Newsflash MAC of Scottsdale: just because you are busy all the time doesn't mean you can take customer service for granted. You may be on top now but that does not mean you will be forever. Your product is great but people can take their business elsewhere.
