  • Since we live in the neighborhood this is the closet Mercedes dealership to get my CL 63 AMG serviced. Zein has always been top notch! But the front guys in valet need more classes on high end customer service..Especially Jesus. Very unprofessional, lazy, and confrontational . I don't like as a VIP to come to get my car washed with a smile and leave with a frown. Fortunately, Jasmine in the car wash department made me smile again with her pleasant energy. I hope the service manager Pablo will attend to this displeasing matter
