  • I truly don't understand all the negative reviews on here, especially lately. We have lived here since July '16 and have been truly happy with our experience. The office staff is always attentive and has always answered questions when they've come up, even going out of their way to help us locate a package that had gotten misplaced a few months back. They're super attentive to what's going on in the community and are constantly sending email updates to help make the complex better. Never waited more that 12 hours for a maintenance request to be resolved, even when we had an electrical issue that needed a specialist to come out. The grounds are well kept, and the price is fair for the area and how nice the unit is. My ONLY complaint is that I can't retrieve packages after hours because they're locked in the office, but that's honestly it.
