  • My go to spot for breakfast/brunch. Chompie's isn't trendy, so if you're looking for that, then skip. They do however execute very well, have large portions, and a very courteous staff. Oh and a local family owns the place. My go to order is the Chorizo con Queso omlette (random order for a Jewish place I know). Omlettes are huge, plus include home fries AND a bagel w/ cream cheese. I honestly have never had their lunch or dinner items, but they seem to do pretty good business. The lunch/dinner options definitely lean more towards NYC Jewish Deli than the breakfast menu. They even give out free pickles. My favorite part of being there is when the old lady (I'm assuming owner?) comes around to ask how we're doing. She makes the rounds every weekend morning as is always so gracious to see everyone.
