  • I don't recommend these apartments!! I was in the office one time and overheard a phone call they had come in from someone asking about their apts. first of all their walls are super thin (I can hear my neighbors t.v.). If you are even a penny under your payment they will not accept your payment (seriously!!) and if your a day late it's $150 plus $5 dollars a day, they will NOT work with you, their idea of working with you is doing a "promise to pay" which they charge you $25 for this "help", you do the math. The apartments are very outdated and not worth the monthly fee. If times weren't so hard we would've already moved out as soon as our lease was up. There is one office employee that works there that is nice, but she has orders to follow.
