  • I called and scheduled appointments for myself, my sister and 13 year old niece to have pedicures and then 1 gel fill manicure and 2 full set manicures. I then explained the 2 adults would be getting our eyebrows done and one haircut shampoo and blow out style. Jenny the manager said "sure come in we make sure we get it all done together" I wanted to make it a nice experience since they never had a pedicure. I felt odd that the manager said just come in so when I got to my sisters house I called and spoke with Jenny again and told her we were on her way and would be there in 20 minutes. The pedicures started out well only my poor sister's was half the time of mine and my nieces. Then we were told to go ahead and get our eyebrows done since the 3 nail techs working just tool a client. We explained we would wait so we could stay together and talk and laugh but we were basically told if you want the waxing we had to do it then. While my sister was getting her brows waxed they told me i would get ny hair done. So she started my hair and Jenny the manaher took my niece and gave her a basic massage without the gel nail full set. The lady cut my har, then washed it and was going to send me out with wet hair. I reminded her I was paying for cut, blow out and style so with an attitude she used the blow dryer and my hai r was straight with no body or bump on the ends. By this time my sister was so angry they failed to do things the way we asked we left without getting our nails done. I have had minor issues here before but this was the breaking point. When I confronted Jenny the manager she said it was my fault for wanting a hair cut. Well your so called spa provides all these services. What a joke. Waste of money. I had to take them to a better spa and I won't be back there again for sure. Incompetent, arrogant, lazy and ridiculously rude workers. Never again.
