  • Jacks as a franchise is great but this location is by far the absolute worst. Poor bar service where your server may come by every 40mins if your lucky and he/she isn't too busy joking around with other staff. They make it blatantly clear that as a customer, 'we don't need you'... I get it, busy location means there's always customers but don't expect great tips with poor attitude and service.
