  • Slow, painful and exhausting experience. First the website was freezing and failed to load. Then it took 40+ minutes before the restaurant started to prepare the order (I know this through their handy text updates). Another 30 before it was ready and another 20 to be delivered 5 blocks. From the time I opened the webpage until the food was in front of me was close to 2 hours...vs their estimate of as little as 45mins. And it showed up cold and soggy to boot. Big disappointment and don't plan on using them again. Should have gotten a pizza instead!
