  • Las Vegas. You ol S.O.B. I'm sure many can agree with their love/hate relationship with sin city, and after a recent bachelor party trip, I still feel the same way. One saving grace, The Encore hotel. I checked in last Friday afternoon and my room was ready to go. Pro tip: if you book through American Express, you're able to take advantage of the exclusive card benefits. Free breakfast every morning (up to $80), a $100 credit to the spa and early/late check in. Let's start with the room. Beautiful and anxiety free. When you're in Vegas you need a safe zone, and these rooms were exactly that. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms and a great level of service. Highly recommend the suites with two queen beds. The casino below is also really great. The table limits are a bit higher than other properties but, you get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back as the encore is my new hotel of choice.
