  • If you will be staying in Toronto, please consider this hotel! I have stayed at many Hilton branches and they rarely disappoint. I stayed here for a weekend in February 2017. We were given yummy warm cookies at check in (which took less than 5 minutes). Our room was clean and had no issues. We had a few guests visiting at night for a couple hours and it was not an issue. The restaurant and bar in the lobby is very good. I can't remember our servers name but she has blonde hair and is very friendly. She went over and beyond to make our visit amazing. The food is tasty and fairly priced. Check out was also very smooth. The agents checking us out were friendly and were joking around with us. We had to stick around in the lobby for a few hours after checking out (had a transportation problem due to extreme snow conditions) and they did not questions us or ask us to leave. It is very centrally located just a few steps from the Eaton Centre, Greyhound Station and many restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.
