  • This was the WORST rental experience have ever had with Hertz. I rent cars 3-4 times a month - always with Hertz, and wanted to try on off-airport site. The staff was slow, had complete disrespect for customer's time, the car was not ready, did not have gas in it, the counter woman at return was EXTREMELY rude and very slow. She obviously did not care that I had other things to do. She argued with me, talked over me, and would not shut up long enough to listen to my concerns. The manager at this location was equally as rude and could have cared less. Neither apologized or offered any resolution. I am absolutely shocked that Hertz allows any location to be run so poorly with customer service. I am sure they are glad to know I will NEVER rent from this location again.
