Cannot even begin to explain how HORRIBLE today's experience was! About a month ago I took my sister to this place that WAS my favorite. I got acrylics and a pedi and my sister only got a gel pedi. The nail tech told the cashier in their language to charge us the amount for their service. Your usual across-the-room-half-yelling.
We left and went about our day- enjoying the work.
My sister returned today for a gel pedicure (after a month) and the cashier told her "oh! You were here with your friend, you guys forgot to pay for the gel pedicure" so my sister bewildered said "ummm I haven't been here in weeks, are you sure?" The guy kept saying "yeah, yeah you guys just left and didn't pay for the gel manicure" puzzled my sister asked to see the receipt for that visit and they wouldn't show it to her. Prior; the front desk guy had stated that he did have the receipt with a note on it.
She insisted in seeing it so she could pay for the unaccounted cost. The front desk guy "said, oh no... just mentioning it.. no need"
At this point my sister was frustrated because she had 3 customers behind her waiting to pay for her gel pedicure while the front desk guy was accusing her of ditching the last visit without paying. Question... why would she return if that were the case? My sister then called me to make sure I still had the receipt (which I did) to make sure we paid... so I drove out to the salon( minutes before the closed) and asked about it. I was asked to show my own receipt and not their copy. He kept stating that the nail tech simply forgot to charge us for the service a month ago.( front desk guy was asking for payment) A MONTH later.
It was so humiliating and felt horrible being accused of ditching the place without payment.
