  • I came here last Sept.25. My server is so rude, I ordered HEARTY MAN COMBO, I was supposed to get a pancake instead of the toast and I told him to please change it to pancake and he told me with not so nice tone "You have to pay for it because it's served already" and I said Sure I will pay for it because I was really craving for a pancake that day. So he went to the Kitchen and then he came back to my table and TOOK THE 4pcs. OF TOAST FROM MY PLATE WITH BARE HANDS AND NOT EVEN SAY ANYTHING. Is he not supposed to say Excuse me or something nice? I was holding my temper that time. It's my birthday and I didn't want to ruin it. Hope the supervisor will teach the servers specially Husseini tons of manners or to remind them to be always nice to customers. Im not sure of his name but that's what it is shown on my receipt.
