  • Let me start by saying that I am a fan of Dillards in general. I love the brand and have been a loyal customer for decades. Now I don't always get great service (and have called it out when needed) but generally have good service and find quality merchandise with a good selection of sizes. This particular Dillards always seems to be slow - meaning it's never crowded - which is a positive in my book. The flip side to that is that you can't always find someone to be in the area if you need assistance. I actually enjoy being able to browse in peace so that hasn't been a problem for me personally. All in all this is well maintained store, always clean and well organized, with a nice variety.
