  • The owner Bill is very knowledgeable and affable. When you get your receipts, there isn't itemized lists like you expect. They promote extended warranties, and will deal with those companies directly, but the secretary will let you know that she'd done such and such, and expects a thorough butt kiss for every single part of her job. Honestly, their secretary is insufferable. I stopped going mostly because of this, coupled with my Mini always having issues. These British and German cars aren't worth the maintenance costs at all. I have Japanese racer and it performs better, is just as comfortable, and I don't have to worry about paying for 1200$ garage visits. I wish I'd never had a Mini, it ended up costing way more than it should. If you'd add all the maintenance and garage visits, you can honestly spend much more when you initially buy!
