Totally unacceptable!
1. He was 30 min. late for our first appointment (his kinder receptionist, Linda, said this is a regular issue)
2. He didn't apologize
3. The office did not respond to two voicemails and three calls made during business hours
4. I have been trying to schedule a blood transfusion with them for a MONTH! A BLOOD TRANSFUSION!
5. Less kind receptionist, Jerry, always claims she will call back the next day but never does.
I am not prone to writing bad reviews (especially in such a vehement tone) but health ain't no joke, Doc!
