  • My husband and I went into Best Home Appliances to shop for a high-end drop-in range and vent hood. We walked around the store for about ten or more minutes, up and down every aisle, clearly within sight of the three employees who were sitting in a back desk area completely ignoring us. I'm sure they must work on commission, yet no one ever stood up to greet us, to ask us what we're shopping for, or to help in any manner. It was pathetic, even more so since this was the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, a big shopping and selling day. We will take our business elsewhere.
