  • Been going to Bobby Q's for years. Love the lunch atmosphere, and specials. The Mac 'n Cheese has always ranked at the top of my lists as the very best ever! The pulled pork and brisket have always been excellent, but this last time I tried something different - a burger! Yeah, I know, this is a BBQ joint, why would anyone get a burger? Well, I am glad I did! Like the Mac 'n Cheese, this burger is now at the top of my list! It was sooo... damn... good!!! The "Perfect" burger was just that - perfect! I ordered the meat medium and that was how it came out. The meat was amazingly tender with incredible flavor. It would be really hard to find better. Maybe the only burger I've ever had better was at Carver's Steak house where they made my son a Whiskey Peppercorn burger that was not on the menu. At Bobby Q's, I could only eat 1/2, and the next day my reheat was still amazingly good! We also tried their beef brisket flour taquitos that were insanely delicious as an appetizer! Later that evening we went to the Yard House at Westgate and I tried their famous Vampire Tacos - they weren't as good as these beef brisket taquitos at Bobby Q's. Thumbs up to Bobby Q's. People love the cornbread here too! Baked in cast iron, it has an incredible crust. Still, personally, I liked the Old El Paso BBQ Company's cornbread, but they no longer exist here. I got to say - I love this place! Fantatstic food and service that always delivers!!! We left with about 10 complimentary cinnamon sugar mini donuts they make fresh and hot right there. Killer deals at Bobby Q's happy hour (3-6) too for their beef brisket tacos! Go, you simply will not be disappointed!
