  • I just met Vinh today, and he is the real deal. I needed a commissioner for a simple document, I got it done under a few minutes for only $15! I believe in the theory "You get what you pay for," but I have to say, this was definitely worth more than what you pay for. Vinh is very polite and personable, and best of all, a very legit lawyer. I got my document stamped and sealed at a Starbucks in downtown Toronto. I had a very pleasant chat with him afterwards. Great guy, great service. I highly recommend him to anyone that require a notary public.
