  • TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went in on a Sunday morning to get some soccer cleats and when I got there, there were about 10 people waiting to be helped. Only one guy was working the soccer area so I went to the cross training section and the guy working there wouldn't help me. He said I had to go see the soccer guy. How is one guy going to help 10 people waiting around? He came out finally took my sizes I needed and then disappeared for 10 minutes. Another customer had another worker go in the back to find him since he went MIA. The other guy in Cross Training was just standing around not helping anyone while the guy in soccer couldn't help but one person! Absolutely horrendous. No wonder all the sporting goods Stores are going out of business. I am definitely going online to order my sporting goods on Amazon next time! WARNING: Be prepared to waste an hour or two waiting to be helped.
