  • The front of the store is great. The pharmacy is terrible -have had all kinds of problems, once got the wrong dose,i've had the staff lie and say insurance denied an rx when they hadn't attempted to fill it, my Dr called in for an urgent rx- waited 3 hours with no call to go and pick up and when I finally did call- they didn't have the medication. Communication is a joke- pharmacist Gene always seems frazzled, Stacy the tech is a nasty uncaring abrupt woman- maybe she should work somewhere else where she doesn't have to be nice to people., You can hear them talking smack about customers and their insurances- hello??? Ever heard of HIPAA? What a joke- every time its a fiasco- trust me, go somewhere, anywhere else. I will not return, not in case of emergency.
