  • We purchased a DB membership 3 years ago when we were building our new home. We have found them to be very competitive on furniture, which really helps when you have a whole house to furnish. The new owners have implemented changes that have made shopping with DB much easier. When we are at the showroom the owner always comes over and checks in with us to let us know what's new and to see if he can enhance our experience. We have especially enjoyed working with Don Tobin. He answers all our emails promptly and verifies that every order is as it should be. When something on line doesn't have pricing we send an email to DB and reception responds within 24 hours with a typed purchase order. All we have to do is contact them with authorization to purchase and it's done. The membership is pricy but if you plan to make several major purchases such as we did, it can save you money.
