  • I came here and ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato, with ristretto shots, soy, and 5 pumps vanilla. Being a partner of Starbucks I repeated my order because it is not of the norm. However I received a HOT 5 shot ristretto, caramel macchiato. My receipt said iced, and I was charged 3 extra dollars for my poorly made coffee. Unfortunately the poor girl that was working was ALONE, no one else on the floor... That's why I am giving this licensed Starbucks a minimum of 1 star. Don't leave your workers alone, let alone at a hotel that continuously has people going in and out. Thankfully Jonalyn was courteous enough to remake my drink, and was thoroughly apologetic. For her alone I give 4 stars. However I probably will never stay here, nor go to this Starbucks ever again. Along with everyone else I come to Vegas with.
