  • My phone didn't work (couldn't make calls or send texts). I had called ATT to see if they could fix it but got no where. Noor worked on the phone, figured out what was wrong, then walked through the problem with ATT corporate. They replaced my phone. Noor knew what he was doing and provided an efficient fix quickly. I really appreciate that kind of service.
