| - Steve's Greenhouse Grill was a decent lunch spot in downtown. The menu had something for everybody: salads, soups, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. It was a sunny day so my group chose to sit in the patio. The patio was a popular choice and it quickly filled up during peak lunch hour.
I ordered the grilled salmon sandwich with fruit. (Alternatively, sandwiches and burgers came with choice of tater tots, fries, house potatoes, cottage cheese or cole slaw.) The salmon was cooked just right, although tasted very plain. Good thing the sandwich came with a side of chipotle remoulade for dipping. The sauce spiced up my sandwich. It was a satisfying meal overall and the portion size was perfect for me.
As for service, I thought the hostess who seated my group was trying to force us to sit inside. (No one was sitting inside the restaurant at the time.) She didn't even ask if we wanted to sit in the patio and I insisted that we did, had even pointed out an open table initially, but she had walked away so fast with the menus that she missed our motion. However, our actual waitress was very pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed her bright and cheery personality.
Price: $10.
