  • Not sure why some of the negative reviews... My experience was totally positive! I bought a groupon yesterday and took my Maltese dog "Sugar" to SOS Grooming today (made an appointment online), no issues, no waiting, they took us in right away. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it's a small business owned and staffed by a couple who were super friendly, professional and very patient with "Sugar" because she doesn't like going to the groomer and gets very anxious as soon as she realizes she's walking into it but this couple immediately put her at ease and handled her anxiety really well. Very happy with the service, Sugar looked beautiful and smelled great! and to top it off their prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend.
