  • I took 2 pairs of my very favorite shoes to this shop in hopes that they could repair the heels. I'd worn them down to the nail and I thought they would probably have to be thrown away. After a gentle scolding (very endearing) about how badly my shoes were worn and how dangerous it was for me to continue to wear them in such a bad condition, the gentleman in charge of shoe repairs took my shoes and a mere $35 of my money and asked me to come back for the shoes in 5 days. I picked up the shoes today and he really went above and beyond in his repair service. Not only did he replace the heel tips, he also patched up a gash in the side of one of the shoes...which was not something I even asked for him to do. The shoes were polished and looked as close to new as possible after 2+ years of abuse. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of a shoe repair and I will certainly go back. The price seems about right and the service was quick and thorough. I couldn't be more pleased!
