Horrible horrible experience! Adam was the rep who gave this horrible experience. I reserved the iPhone over the internet for a in store pick up, added my girlfriend as an authorized person on my wireless network account and when she walked in they refused to give her the phone! Adam told her that I forgot to put her name on the PICK UP ORDER screen name where it didn't give me any options! I called 1-800-APPLE (thank god they are so friendly and helpful)the rep (I think so Kelly) she told me that the store is telling wrong policy regarding the upgrade phone as the upgrade phones don't need any authorized users name when the order is being placed! She called and UPDATED the store manager and Adam about the "Apple's" policy! I mean c'mon! really? The store couldn't have verified that information from the "Rule book" or something?? Shameful!
