  • I've come to more movies here than I can remember and typically have a good experience. Tonight I tried to attend a free movie screening. Understandably, the theater filled up before I got end. My problem is that the communication was very poor. No one mentioned that the line outside was the overflow line unless a customer directly asked a staff person. Also, the staff person monitoring guests outside allowed multiple people to cut the line. Lastly, it was over 100 degrees. Why would you have guests standing outside in the heat with no water for over a half hour? I've waited in long lines for movies before but never out in the heat. I hope this feedback is used to make changes.
