I previously wrote a great review. However now that the sales process has ended and they got their money it has been horrendous. It seems that nobody communicates to the other department. We were promised a few things and the service department didn't have a clue. They tell you we'll figure you'd it and call back. I wouldn't hold your breath for that though, you'll just call them and get told again they'll call you. After a few calls they finally got the car in, but still not fixed correctly. We still have not received license plates and the temp ones expire the first. I called on Tuesday was told I'd get a call back. Not to sound like Maury but that too was a lie as I still have not received a call back and we don't have plates. I work in retail running 9 locations for a wireless provider and I understand things get hectic. However my number one job is to make sure previous customers get treated just like they are new customers. I don't suggest buying a car here unless you plan on having another place take care of everything or your turns on include being put on hold or told you would get a call back but never receive said call back. Still waiting on that call back Auto Nation.
