Wow. Either Arron Sanchez needs to do better, or the house of blues needs to stop associating themselves with a head food network chef. This was a horrible experience. The only positive aspect of my time here was....well actually, everything sucked. We (my fiance and I) ordered the wild mushroom flat bread pizza for an appetizer. 1. the mushrooms were canned and horrible. 2. The marinara was canned and not home made, and 3. the parm cheese that was on top of it, was definitely from a Craft canned Giant Eagle Purchase.
Awful.
Next. We ordered a Juicy Lucy burger that was supposed to be a 1/2 lb. but was nothing more then a 1/4 lb. Not only was there no cheese in the middle of the burger (the very definition of a juicy lucy) it was over cooked and mediocre.... at best.
We will never go back here, and waste another 55$ on the worst food I have ever eaten. If I'm going back to 4th street, I would rather go to Saigon and order the House Special Vermicelli. Please, DO NOT GO HERE! (house of blues)
