  • This is one of my usual Starbucks. You get a real mix of service and product here. One day you get smiles and perfect drinks; the next time you get lackadaisical attitude and barely drinkable beverages. This is a very busy Starbucks and I would think consistency would be important. That being said I still come here the most. Starbucks in general seems to be either terrible or mixed at any location. I go here because they have some of the least screw ups compared to other Starbucks I go to. For instance the Starbucks off highway 1 across from COP is consistently horrible. I'll take a crew up now and then over never getting what you order any day. I also firmly believe that people are not forgiving enough of the fact that humans are flawed. This Starbucks might make mistakes but every time I point it out they fix that mistake. A few times they gave me a free drink to make up for bad experiences at other Starbucks. This location is worth stopping at and I will continue to be a regular. That being said they should still strive to fix the mistakes and be better.
