  • Great service in replacing my 15-year old opener, which quit. I tried fixing the old opener myself by troubleshooting with the manufacturer, even ordering and installing parts, but no-go. The Legends installer, Gene, looked at the old opener, quickly diagnosed a shot motor, and quoted a fair price for installation of a new LiftMaster 1/2hp WiFi opener, including new track, keypad, remotes, sensors, programming. Gene also made a minor-but-needed repair of my garage door's bottom edge, informed me about a condition with the door's spring (replacement not required), and provided helpful answers with other questions I had. Full service, indeed. My good experience began when I called Legends late in the day, explained my situation (try to repair old opener; if not possible, then install new), and was booked immediately for service, which occurred next business day. BTW, the manufacturer of my old opener was among those who recommended Legends.
