| - To begin, I was not picked up curbside, rather was escorted across two busy intersections, up four flours, to a parked car (in the middle of the day in Summer in CLT)! Apparently a special request has to be made to have a pick-up service, attentively pick you up, instead of play follow the leader. Next, the female driver was dressed in extremely casual apparel. Her pants showcased white elephants on them and these were paired with what looked like to be a cotton long sleeve cotton t-shirt; the whole get-up looked like a pj set! Next, the car was filthy, carpet had stains all over it, and appeared to be used both as a professional AND personal car...I mean there were crumbs on the floor in several spots, spilled liquid stains, scuff all over backs of chairs, doors, center console; the car was a mess. Finally, the driver somehow could not get the hotel address pulled up on her phone, so was therefore 100% reliant on my phone...what would have happened had my phone been dead? What if I didn't carry a cell phone? Overall experience was mediocre to say the least. I was highly unimpressed, and had I been the one who had reserved this service (a company I was interviewing with set this all up) I would never use them again. I plan to pass on my thoughts on the experience to the company so they know to no longer use this company for pick-up service....for the price paid, the service was not up to par, even in the slightest. Highly disappointed and feel terrible the company paid $75 for such a filthy car and unprofessional service
