We scheduled an appointment to have him come out and give us a quote for an installation of pavers and a short block wall. We set the appointment up for 2 p.m. today. I knew I wasn't going to be there so my husband drew a diagram of the work we wanted done and gave it to our secretary along with detailed instructions. The gentleman (Javier) called me and left a message, but never showed up. He said that because I didn't answer when he called me on the phone he decided not to come over. We own an HVAC contracting business and I know that it is not the customers responsibility to answer the phone, but rather to make sure that someone is there to greet the contractor when they show up. You guys should have come over regardless of whether or not I answered the phone, and then you should not have been so cavalier when I called you later in the day, not even asking if you could reschedule or apologizing for missing the appointment. We wen out of our way to make sure you had everything you needed when you arrived. Our suggestion to Yelpers is to try someone else who needs your business more.
