I only had an hour break in my work schedule to get my annual eye exam and a contact prescription. I called on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately that is where the good news stops! I made it clear during the initial phone call that I would only have an hour for my appointment. I had to wait 5 minutes to check in due to both receptionists being busy. I checked in and asked the receptionist whether I would be able to get done with this appointment within less than an hour. She said that shouldn't be a problem and someone should be with me shortly. 20 minutes later, someone comes to the waiting area to take me back for my appointment. At that point I said I need to leave to get back to work in the next 30 minutes, is there enough time for the appointment? And they looked at me like I had 3 heads. Time is such a valuable commodity and it was such a small office, they certainly need to work on customer service and learn to be more efficient with their time! I'm sad to say that all of this was a waste of my time and I had to leave without being seen by the doctor.
