  • Just called into the grooming department and they said they have availability today at 5pm 8\21\2015. After looking at our profile they said our dog should only be groomed in the morning because she gets anxiety. She then proceeded to put me on hold and once back on the phone she said, "we can't get your dog in until next weekend." I understand dogs can be difficult but I bet more than 50% of dogs get anxiety. I take my dog to get groomed, not for counseling on when my dog needs this or that. Do your job, schedule the appointment as asked. I have taken my dog to this location for 2 years now. For owners with dogs with grooming anxiety, do not bother, they have no patience for you or your animal.
