  • Some places have fish fries supplied with your usual frozen depot fillets, others specialize in size. St. Regis Parish fish fry is all about quality and dedication. The volunteers here are incredibly dedicated to what they are doing, making delicious fish sandwiches, mac & cheese and, oh yes, some of the best and most original goodies you will find at a fish fry. Don't wait til the last minute or they may be sold out of some items, and the goodies you want will be gone. Five yums for the fish fry and if you are Roman Catholic, stop in on a Saturday night or Sunday morning. This isn't your run of the mill old priest sermons. Fr. Ulam is a missionary that gets to the point, and does it very well, without a rhetorical 20 minute lecture. He makes you remember why you're Catholic to begin with.
