  • We are so happy to have chosen Expert Flooring over our other options, despite the $1k difference. We renovated our entire home with laminate and put tile in the wet areas. Shawn, who did the initial, free in-home estimate was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was transparent and honest. He was able to articulate why EF was better than the other company I was considering. Keisha, who works in the store, was flexible enough to email me photos of samples when I forgot to choose a baseboard. We really appreciated that! A small touch that was highly appreciated was the attentiveness of the workers. Knowing I couldn't walk across the bathroom for a day, they had the foresight to move our toothbrush holders to an accessible area. Daniel and his team were fantastic and professional too. He also has a great eye for doing laminate work on stairs. It's pretty nerve-wrecking to invest so much money in your home and to have it occupied with strangers for a week. Never did I have a feeling of regret with the people of EF. This is probably the first time I was ever 100% happy with a company. They really go above and beyond for you.
