  • I am very disappointed with this Center. I have called 3 times to schedule my son who has epilepsy and learning delays. On Melmed Center's voicemail message, they promise to return calls in "48 hours." Well, I have called 3 times in the last 2 1/2 weeks, still no return call. One time, I talked to someone who promised to personally deliver my message to the New Patient Group. Yeah...still waiting....
